Coming from a volleyball player who's been playing for a solid amount of time, watching so many skilled players playing together in a non-toxic environment (my club is quite trash talky with practice games) is a real breath of fresh air, keep playin and keep making these vids cause they're great!
I just got out of a pretty toxic team.. I'm now in a really good team, though one girl is kinda mean. She tells you what to do and she completely screws up everything herself. But my coach keeps her in check from screaming at everyone.
@@akirefilms5056 i have the same type of player, he'll yell at everyone for their mistakes but then make the same mistake and get mad at everyone for not covering them, and he doesnt listen to our coach at all
After watching these POVs my motivation to improve playing skills and work harder GROWS SO HIGH :) Every time I watch this, the heartbeat goes reaaally faster like I'm practising with yall 🥺🥺 LOVE AND APRECCIATE YOUR VIDEOS SO FREAKING MUCH
@@jermainecarvajal-vargas1978 i don't care how good they are, that's not what i'm watching for. i'm watching because the videos are entertaining; there's a friendly atmosphere and everyone's clearly having fun. if i wanted to watch pros play i'd watch VNL
It’s so nice to see a group of people that can just have fun and not have the mindset of “ if we’re losing then kindness is irrelevant “, which is just something I see an appalling amount nowadays. Nok-kun your videos are a breath of fresh air keep being amazing my dude 👌
honestly, seeing your channel and how much fun all of you guys have together playing volleyball has been my biggest motivation to find places near me and start playing! so thank you :D
small update- im actually going to a drop-in game today (monday) at around 6pm and im so excited. id really like to learn how to be a setter or libero mostly because im not the tallest and spiking or blocking isn't really something i think i'd be good at but we'll see!!!
I’ve been waiting for another amazing video, thank you for motivating everybody on your channel to practice and do their best while playin volley ball!
Started trying to lose weight and get healthy and got really interested in Volleyball, your videos are so fun to watch and inspire me to practice more and play! It's great I have a couple of friends who enjoy the sport so they were able to help me get started.
This channel honestly gives me the motivation to play, I'll be watching a lot more once my school year starts on Monday lmfao, RIP any sanity I have left
Honestly i am just thinking about starting volleyball and your spikes looked so smooth so i wondered how tall are you? I love your videos they are one of the reasons i want to start volleyball, the gopro view is really good and satisfying.
these videos really put into perspective how slow my movements and approach are on the court, thanks! question tho, i will primarily be playing right hitter this szn, and was wondering if you had any tips for timing and positioning for hitting, as i’ve gotten everything else down for the most part
another great video !!! i enjoy watching these so much because im a beginner and trying to improve :) do you have any tips for setting? i've been having a little trouble with it
practice your setting form every single day whenever you have free time even without the ball. Visualizing the set and making sure everything is even creates good habits for when you actually have a volleyball in your hands. Then it is just all about getting your legs under you for power.
Can you tell me your GoPro settings because I'm trying to get POV shots so I can improve and see my mistakes but I can't get the right settings and lighting.
I really would like to play volleyball, but I am only 1,62m (5,31ft) and a bit scared of it, because you NEED to jump high in this sport... What do you think? Is my body height important?
Ive only been playing for a few weeks every other day with a friend of mine maybe but everytime im doing an underhand serve, if I try to hit it harder to get it over the net I cant seem to hit it straight and instead goes flying somewhere else, any tips? But also just wanna say that you have great content and love watching your videos
Often if people are struggling to hit it over they are hitting it too late after they toss it. Ideally you will be hitting it when your arm is straight. Try tossing it slightly back so you're a bit under it cause then you'll lean back. It just takes practice, took me a couple sessions to be able to hit any over so don't worry! Good luck!
Quick question, at 0:51 when the blockers tapped the ball you guys still got an additional 3 hits. When people are blocking is that touch not counted as one of the 3 "touches"? (I'm new to volleyball so I just found it a bit confusing)
I also use the highlights of the other team. There was one game we lost like 8 to 25 but I didn't use that footage because I was setting and wanted this vid to be spiking only.
It's all about your approach and knowing your reach. If a set is too high, wait for it to drop to your reach. If it's short you have to do a much quicker approach. The more you practice the more your timing will improve.
Ever had that moment where when you try to pass a ball to a teammate but when you get to the ball it comes so fast that you barely make it and end of passing but falling backwards on your butt sending the ball into the air .-.
