+Daan J I think I've found how it's attached : Look at the belt, it's never mooving in anyway when the guys is mooving himself. So i guess there's a pole straight from the belt to the camera. (Sorry for that poor english, i how you'll understand.)

More Fuzz How? I'm not really a fanboy of any company, I own a gopro and an iPhone so really I shouldn't be saying this but Samsung's 360 camera is better. Beyond the better size, cost and usability, the resolution looks good, though that's where it falls a little short compared to the multi camera setup of the gopro, but the gopro setup has nothing on the stitching of the footage, the separate vantage points don't blend well and it's distracting. And I reckon the Samsung is probably a lot better in low light, because phone manufacturers are getting good at that these days and gopro is still awful at it. So where does the Samsung fall short?

+Alfred Munkenbeck Because you'll never get the same resolution with 2 lenses (Samsung) than with 6 lenses (6 GoPros mount). The problem with this 6 GoPros rig is indeed the objects you shoot can't be too close or you'll have stitching problems. I don't own one of those rig, but I'm just really interested about it right now and read a lot of stuff on this subject. And what I can tell you is the vast majority of professionals use a 6+ GoPros rig, and 0 use a 360 samsung camera or equivalent. So there must be a reason ;)

More Fuzz Yes, and in the drone market, it used to be that the professional route was to spend 5 grand building one from a kit that isn't half as capable as the dji phantoms available today for 1200 dollars. Camera equipment is going mainstream, and there's a real tech boom going on. Yesterday's best is a joke compared to today's mediocre, and a purpose built setup is going to be better than the gopro solution of spending untold amounts of money strapping 6 action cameras together and hopping for the best.
