dude. i'm 42 and snowboarded in the 90's when a 540 was sick.. and we played games like 1080 snowboarding on N64 and we thought the idea of doing a 1200 was ridiculous. no one can spin that much we said
Also 33 here. I remember making a podium at a big air. All I did was a (local kid clean) Indy 360. I think first run I did a huge method grab. Hats off to these kids coming up!

Literally twice as gnarly as the shit they were doing back in 2000. 1080 was considered godlike skill and now these guys are gymnasts up there. Freaking wild with the progression.
he prob couldn't even tell where the ground was especially landing with his back facing foward too. prob was timing how long it is till he lands by jumping it a few times first without any spinning. ❤
I doubt it. You really can't land a spinning trick on a snowboard without knowing where the landing is. His landing with his body facing backward is more proof that he knew right where he was in the air, and where his board needed to be pointed to not hook an edge.
