I understand that he was rude etc... But at 20:55 when he tells Ramsay about how he's feeling , you can see that the struggle has caught up to him. The guy is probably in depression or something like that and this is why I say that Gordon Ramsay is freaking awesome , he doesn't continue the yelling speech nothing because he understood and he goes on encouraging him by saying that he is committed to help them. That is how you encourage someone and that is why Gordon is awesome ❤️

I love how humble Gordon is; he always introduces himself as ‘Gordon’ - obviously the person he’s introducing himself will know who he is, but he still does it anyway, and not as ‘Chef Ramsay’ or ‘Gordon Ramsay’, just Gordon. Really shows his character, it’s amazing.

me and my ex wife had a tradition of going to a restaurant just because of the fresh pasta. when they expanded locations they stopped making fresh pasta. we asked them why and they told us they were too busy to make it anymore. we never went back to them and the tradition ended just like that.
