+Scott Velez I'd recommend you to not use steel items whisking your yolk. Try and get a spatula. Steel items will scratch your pan which will release toxic parts.

Ramsay only ever yells at cooks and Chefs who are supposed to already know how to do this stuff (Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmare). When he's teaching people or judging home cooks that aren't executive chefs or had culinary training, he's more well mannered (MasterChef).
