Ephesians 6:10-18 says, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. The bible is no old book. You have to really let Christ open your eyes; to see the world in shambles. Many people say it's a religion to lock up people in chains, and say it's a rule book.. why? Because people hate hearing the truth, it hurts their flesh, it's hurts their pride, it's exposes on what things have they done..people love this world so much, s*x, money, power, women, supercars.. things of this world. Still trying to find something that can fill that emptiness in your heart. You can't find that in this world.. only in Christ, the bible is no chains, it's a chainbreaker. Breaking your sins into pieces... Repent now, and turn back to the true Lord only.. God bless.😊😊😊😊😊
Yea because he was actually really good and no one else liked that and he had confidence, if you watch season 5 he’s truly a bombass cook and seeing him piss off the other chefs was funny
@@saratchandrab4384 For some reason I still do not grasp, he's hated by the group. For being a househusband and his wife earning the money instead, I think? Or for the constant bragging, I don't know. But I am confident that he must really have some bad notes in his character to earn the disdain of even the nice asian girl. He must have done something they did not include in broadcast. As my people would say, "if everyone hates you, there's a reason".
Because the steak was perfect and the man was completely confident in his steak. Gordon likes his steaks medium rare and when it’s exactly how he likes it you get the better side lmao
This guy was a legend that season. Most of the contestants hated him but all the fans were rooting for him. He actually ended up 3rd and earned Gordon Ramsay's respect at the end.
The contestants hated him because he's a stay-at-home dad for a really rich wife so a lot of the contestants like really need this job or money whereas he technically doesn't need it cuz he's already set or so they thought but he's a really nice guy and a damn good chef
The fact that absolutely no one supported Leslie throughout the competition and still he got to the top 3 is what makes him my favourite MasterChef competitor ever
@@sheldenn He didn’t win. He was cheated out because apparently he used “salt” instead of “sugar” in his Cake which still hasn’t been proven despite all the cameras they had. Seems like the Producers wanted him out
I like how they roll their eyes when he’s complimented, like their success relies on his downfall. Edit: I think a lot of you misunderstood me. Winning because you’ve done better and winning only because your opponents have messed up are two very different things.
if you watch MasterChef, you'll see consistently that they always have at least one character who's a complete asshole to everyone else and pisses everyone off with a holier-than-thou attitude. It's so formulaic that it's clearly fake, yet I still fall for it every time. This short makes it seem like everyone's just jealous, but I promise you that they set this guy up as the villain. They're probably all in on the act.
@@2GoatsInATrenchCoat Yeah but this guy was really good and most of the other guys just kinda "chose" him. But even with the other competitors hating him he still impressed the chefs. Really good season.
Imagine if they brought back all the confidence/cocky chefs they've had on the show, like Christian, Krissy, Natasha, Leslie, Cutter. Talk about a clash of personalities.
@@freecandynvan2816 it depends leslie's fries are small and thin soft fries arent usually that good if they're like that thick and big fries are better when soft rather than small and thin ones
Everyone hated lesie but he was a super strong contestent good for him because here we are still watching this clip of him hopefully everything is good in life for him
Steak’s one of the hardest things to get correct especially in front of a World renowned chef and he nailed it… but messes up the dumb fries 😂😂😂 just get an air fryer for that bro
Everyone: talking about the fries 🍟 Me: This man has the confidence that most people would kill for Edit: Thank you for all the likes you guys are awesome 😊
I remember this season, everybody was so unbelievably mean to this Leslie guy, kept rooting for him to lose every fucking episode. He became really good friends with a girl who hated him before but unfortunately they had to compete in an elimination round and she had to leave. I remember him telling that she was like a daughter to him and didn't want her to leave and her telling that she wished that Leslie won the competition and it was so precious it made me cry.
Oh boy. Someone used this meme on THIS video too. I was worried I was going to go one entire video without someone using this meme in the comments. Way to be a funny and creative free thinker
i remember this season... its like everyone was ganging up on leslie bec hes bossy and everything...but he was the one i was rooting for...coz hes not afraid to speak of his mind despite how others will react
Nobody liked him because people think he’s arrogant, when in reality the world has just softened, he knows he’s more experienced than the other contestants.
@@BanuLami yea honestly if they thought he was arrogant they wouldn’t even survive in a regular kitchen. Shit gets thrown around all the time you gotta push back not complain and cry lol
Leslie is among my top 3 favorites in the entire show. How he and the young Asian girl (can't remember her name) went from bitter enemies to best friends was one of my favorite plot twist in the entire show
Bro they train these master chefs like we gonna eat at their place everyday but they forgot that the whole world except for a few is completely broke.😂
