I got through two. Even as an american who can admittedly barely cook, it hurt my soul too much to watch these. I believe people can be self taught, and I believe convention shouldn't always be followed to the letter. But if you're gonna teach others how to do something, you better be DAMN good at it.

I actually started making scrambled eggs as Chef Ramsay showed. My niece loved them, though I dont think they would hold a canfle to his. But reguardless, thats how I scramble now. I think its good to take tips from experts and adjust your own cooking style to be more similar to theirs. But dont get upset if they tell you off for doing it wrong. After all, how many of us think we are the best driver out of everyone we know? Its human nature to be prideful. But even Chef Ramsay can be humbled by a great chef
After I’d seen Gordon Ramsay’s scrambled eggs method I’ve never done it any other way since. They’re so damn good. Such small changes in technique make such a difference. I’m about to send him in a clip of one of King Cobra’s food hacks
