Fish heads are tasty. If anything they cooked it wrong here. You fry it lightly first so it doesn't come apart. Then you can either boil it in fish stock or add it to curry. Where we live we actually find it offensively wasteful when westerners throw away fish heads.

I agree here cuz he kept telling her to bring it NOW and so she did. Buuuut also as a Chef she needs to have the "balls" and the smarts to tell him that it needs however many minutes to cook and he has to wait, trust me he would rather have it cooked and 2 minutes longer waiting instead of Raw fish right away.

to be fair to Gordon the show isnt real-time. The most likely situation here is that after the 3 minutes she marked it for Gordon was still waiting and getting impatient. Most likely she severely underestimated the amount of time the fish actually needed setting a false expectation.

I actually rlly liked jacky, she didn't rlly have much tact but she was energetic and funny and didn't take everything so serious, unlike some of the other girls, u gotta learn to enjoy stuff
