It would be great if they added grappling greats like Gordon Ryan in the EA UFC games. They did it with boxing, imagine how good it would be for the grappling community if they did it with great grapplers too
I know it’s a complicated task, but I wish they would make the grappling as fun as the stand up. It just seems as though grappling isn’t made for simple buttons and sticks, whereas buttons are perfect for a striking game. The fault may be due to the limitations of the controllers rather than the developers themselves (who are infamously retarded).
@@matthewfon3649 Undisputed 3 made it amazing fun, being able to control the posture and the transitions with two sticks made it as close as possible to actual grappling.
How about he first actually joins the UFC and win couple of matches. Otherwise we might as well include taekwando and kali champions in there as well. LoL.
Doing the leglock seminar I did with him last year was truly incredible. He's the greatest no gi grappler to ever ever grace the mats, with all due to respect to Marcelo Garcia
@@sebeng4711 this comment made my day to know someone else watched the john danaher leg locking series and heard john danaher constantly calling the bald dude by his full name. hilarious!!
Shout out to Professor Massaro and Renzo Academy Northern Valley. Great guy, awesome teacher - my kids and I trained under him while we lived in NY. As everyone can see, incredibly cool under pressure.
If I was ever in a room with gorden I'd try to go against him as much as possible because he's one of the best so if I had a opportunity I'd take it I know he'd easily beat on me but I bet it be a great learning experience.
Roger is retired, almost 40 years old. Gordon is in his prime. But you are correct it would be amazing too see them roll. And even though Roger is older, I still think Roger could win. Too me Roger is the greatest ever, with Marcelo Garcia a very close second. And that’s argumentative. With all that being said, Gordon is the king of No Gi right now. It’s undeniable. Hate him or love him, he’s extremely talented, and he’s just gonna keep getting better. But man, imagine Roger vs Gordon, that would be amazing too watch. I do have a question, why won’t Galvao fight Gordon? Seems too me he’s afraid of a possible loss. Andre is one of the best as well, but a true champion will fight anyone if challenged. Just my opinion.
Galvao WAS fun to watch many years ago, but now plays the safe game. Almost like cyborg where they stall and wrestle, but don’t actually attack all the time. Roger just kept it basic. Guard, sweep, pass, mount, cross choke or take the back and RNC. Galvao is older now and doesn’t want to hurt his legacy and he is in the Mexican supplements
@@jasonc688 Galvao is almost in the Senor division at 38 years old. More than 20 years older than Gordan Ryan. I'd say competing at such a high level for so many years steriods is a must lol. Let's see how Gordan Ryan's liver is in another 20+ years if he's still doing it at Galvaos age lol
Jason C honestly I don’t think Galvao is nowhere near good as Gordon is lol. But I’m with you in that Gordon is just the guy at this time being and will reign for a while to come.
c'est une vidéo très intéressante ! comment Gordon travaille depuis son closed guard et comment escape depuis prise un single leg, triangle choke vers la fin de vidéo etc ! très bonne instruction. merci !
Simple....je and his brother home schooled amd trained bjj every day under the tutelage of arguably the best bjj coaches and academy in the united states. Threw in them brazilian supplements and there you go.
@@Jacob-ps5cl Nope. I am implying that he may juice with something, that the other grapplers dont have access to. Some new drug or mix. But he may as well be just an absoulte phenom. I dont know. Its just some random thoughts actually. I know that any professional, full-time athlete has to take drugs just to be able to train at that high volume.
What country are you from? We are just opening up in the UK under strict measures. Yhe health authorities in the uk would shit themselves if they walked into this 😂
The only way ur getting Gordon is after a huge thanksgivings dinner, on a snowed in day jumping him with your whole squad while hes in rem sleep....maybe
I really wish they would show more of the GOAT of the mat than just randomly going around looking at everyone else. I want to see some tough training by GORDO and learn how he battles different and difficult situations but nope they go around and look at some kid from who has no comparable skill.
What is the move called at 4:59 where he has double unders ? I’ve never been thought that- which sweep is he looking for from that grip or the over under ?
NYC was one of the hardest hit cities for COVID19 and here are these guys during the pandemic doing the exact opposite of what people should be doing. God know how many people were infected due to this blatant disregard. New York City needs to be informed about what was and is still going on in that place.
AJJ Gordon & Cia are so good that in Abudhabi only Brazilians won. Gordon and Americans are good is mimimi, they are throats, they have no history, nor important titles, Gordon and three more won something, in Brazil there are hundreds of champions. It creates shame in your face mr. Gordon. You are a silent poet. Pr.J.J.S.
I hate high level guys that just lay down and wait for you to attack. I understand they are so much better that they don't need to be aggressive but sometimes it feels disrespectful
@@Taurus855 I do yeah. Sometimes you need a beating but its not a good way to learn. The top guys at my gym could easily submit most of the guys but allow them to learn. They will roll competitively with other high level guys tho
