There was also one time in an early season where the souffles were sticking to their cups and when Gordon asked him what happened he basically admitted he skipped the first step of making them.

The only way I’d go to Hell’s Kitchen is if I wanted to eat there and witness the great Chef Gordon Ramsay tearing new ones into the chefs.
