In Warri, the slang "your father" is not an insult. When someone says this, he or she is not actually insulting your father. It is just a slang. If a typical Warri person wants to insult your father, he or she would say "your real father" The mistake that Gordons made here is that he did not appreciate the fact that he was not in the midst of Warri people
