@@BenPalladino lol I was just shocked cause I thought it would only be a bit for the opening. Regardless, this is super helpful, I'm only a casual collector and it still pisses me off when stores shrinkwrap their used games and DVDs and shit but STILL put the price stickers on the case itself.

Will it work on lightly molded cases with a lightly molded manual?

How do you remove those water stains that appear next to the spines on the dvd style game cases, I've just wasted an entire day trying to fix them and they're super obvious now.

Best thing to do if your art inside the cases isn’t ruined is to go on eBay and but some replacement cases or see is you have a spare empty lying around. Then replace the case

I used IPA pre-moistened wipes to clean my DS cases. Those kind of wipes do kill germs right?

I believe so but be careful when you use harsh chemicals on your collectibles.

Is this viable for Saturn and Ps1 jewel cases? Or would the cases and disc trays for Saturn crack?

A very lightly damp paper towel. Don’t use any chemicals

Can I use something as a replacement for bleach? I can't stand the smell of it.

I wouldn't wipe the inlays or booklets even with a barely damp towel moisture will absorb into the paper and you could end up with damp patches.

Dynasty Heroes that’s why I am VERY careful. You really have to understand paper types to feel comfortable. There’s things where I won’t risk it at all.

I have a question: If on a Nintendo DS case there are some very superficial but visibles scratches on the plastic cover of the case how can I remove them? The scratches are really superficial and I want not to buy case replace for a damage like that

If it’s realllly bad you will need to get a new case, there isn’t too much you can do. Most scratches aren’t able to come out in my experience. What helps is really cleaning the scratches because it may make them less prominent

I have a few GameCube cases that are dull & gloomy(the clear plastic covering) ... is hot water and dish soup the solution for this particular issue ?

Chicago.since80s yes! Take all of the art and everything out of course and just have your cases opened up and soak in hot water should make it easy to get off :)

Hey sup Ben. What do you do if you have a case art that is just nasty with coffee stains? I’m thinking of just cutting it out because I figure a part of the case art is better than none. It’s not a very expensive game either, toy story mania for Wii. Thanks.

Ah sorry to hear that! If the game art case insert itself has coffee stains on it then you’re basically screwed :(
