so since anthocyanin is in so many fruits and veggies still trying to work out a good way to use as a natural colorant I did read that in making natural inks they used bases to turn it a blue and thought it would be cool to have a lye solution made from boiling purple cabbage to get that dark purple color turned blue when you add the lye. anyway really cool to find out more about how they refine biofuels
