@nev ♫ very true. And it's not shameful, as long as all parties involved are cool with it. I do wonder how the original author and the Remixers split the revenue ...am sure the track name doesn't necessarily have to mention that the originator was catching flies, and the previous remixer was Marsh... the original artist and song it was sampled from surely have to be listed in the song info (like on the cd pamphlet or something like that). . . Or maybe not... depends on the agreement all parties involved had.....

the inner group of musicans conversation must go something like "have you heard the Marsh remix of "Satisfied?" - it is great, lets just copy it and release it as our own and give no recognition to the person who actually made the track"
