200gms Boneless Meat
2 Tbsps each - Rai,Zeera,Saunf,Dhania
10-12 - Kalimiri
1 inch - Dalchini
1/2 tbsp - Haldi powder
4 tbsp - Mirchi powder
1 tbsp - Kuti Hui Peeli Rai
1 tbsp - Amchur
1 tbsp - Salt (or as per taste)
5-8 - Lassan
8-10 - Kadi patta
1/2 tbsp - Rai
1/2 tbsp - Zeera
3-4 - Akhi Lal Mirchi
3-4 tbsp - For Tadka
1/2-3/4th cup - Sirka / Vinegar
1 1/2 cup - Oil for soaking
