That is because the choice of chords are very personal things. It depends on the melody you have in your mind and the bass you want to use to accompany it. The only person that can tell you why is the person who originally played it.

Learn to appreciate people's efforts. If it's easy, you do a breakdown in the key of F. Besides, this is 2023, master all your keys so you won't worry what key a tutorial is taught in. Shalom
