For me it it seem to be the perfect uke. The head, the shape of the body, and most important of all, the sound!! ☺ I'm planning to buy one ☺ By the way, the price for this particular model is now about 210 £. That's 2 444 swedish crown. My little Flight TUS35 was fantastic value, This is a different class but still great value I reckon. Great score thoroughly deserved.

The beauty and design deserves an all solid instrument, but many will appreciate this price. A starter ukulele to be proud of. Glad to see the wider nut width and unobtrusive pickup. Cheers, Baz, a beer sounds good.

Hi Baz, great review as always. l’m seriously thinking of getting one of these. Do you remember if it had a fairly thick neck profile around the 1st/2nd fret area? I really like chunky necks. With the 38mm nut, it sounds ideal for me. Regards Chris

Hi Baz, another great review 🙂 I have a noob problem: When tuning my uke this morning three of the strings 'ping' nicely but the E string produces a dull 'thunk' I was going to remove the string & put it on again. Is that necessary? Thanks alot!

Hey Barry. Nice review. It was a perfect addition to my UAS on this gloomy, rainy day. (Rainy in Wisconsin, USA) I ordered one from MusicRoom, only to learn that they are still selling the 2018 model, with the "old" FU-T3 pickup. (At least that's what the order form implied) I'm still trying to cancel the order, or get them to find and sent the 2019 model! As with you, I prefer the non-eq models as I rarely use an amp.

Thanks for the nice review. I love the sound of a spruce top. If its only about the sound, not the price: would you choose the "Flight Victoria" or "Tiny Tenor Spruce Top"?

Thank you for the thorough review. I am having difficulties to decide what tenor ukulele to buy. This Flight Victoria CEQ Tenor ukulele, I have tried in a music store and was impressed by the sound and feel of the instrument. At the same time I tried a Martin T1-K sopran ukulele which also sounded amazing. But I want to purchase a tenor ukulele and there is a second hand 2014 Martin T1-K tenor ukulele for 450 € which I haven't tried (couldn't find it in a music store). So my question for purely sound and feel of the instrument is the MartinT1-K for 450 € a big different compare to a new Flight Victoria CEQ Tenor for 292 €. Cheers

Hey Baz! I’ve seen your review on the Enya M6 from 2018 - I was quite tempted to grab that one since it was an all solid mahogany. This uke looks amazing as well however and now I’m in a bit of a condundrum haha. Would you mind telling me the differences between the two and which you like best? I’d appreciate it. Thanks.

I played one of these a month ago in a shop in Notthingham and was disappointed. I think I was unlucky to play one that was a bit off. The frets were sharp and the tone very bright. Almost bears no resemblance to the one you played. Next time I see one in the shop I'll give it another whirl and see if I like it as spec-wise it ticks all the boxes

Looks and sounds lovely, but I doubt if there will be a left handed version in the pipeline.

What is the connection between the Flight Victoria and the Anuenue SLST? They are almost exactly identical.

I’ve waited months for this uke to become available here in the US and I just got it with the soundwave pickup system that plays effects (reverb, chorus, & delay) WITHOUT an amp and OMG it is stunning! “Slightly quirky but not ostentatious” just like me.😂 Thank you Baz! ❤️
