→ Tribute to one of my favorite character of all times, Arya Stark.
It's very hard to say goodbye to a show and a character you love after having following them for years and grown up with them. But, as Tony Stark once said, "part of the journey is the end", so here we go, goodbye Game Of Thrones, goodbye Arya Stark. ♥️
Also, thank you Maisie Williams for portraying Arya Stark through all those years in the most perfect way.

Both Variety and Gold Derby, longtime and respected sources of Hollywood news, say she has a good chance. Normally, I'd expect Lena to beat her because Lena's been good for years and never won. But THIS season Lena had few scenes, and most weren't that spectacular. Arya had great scenes over a wide range of emotion AND action.

how surprisingly astonishing performance by young Maisie Williams; this character was not actually naturally disposed to move our emotions. She mixed emotions, humour and coldness with great maturity during all these years. But it did. And this tribute is very nice.

Wonderful video, and your title tells it all. I discovered her in the 90s and have loved her since. The killings were all just and made the world a safer or better place. Arya always guarded her tender heart under her worn sleeve. Minus the killings, she's really a role model for young people to follow their star.

They talk after the council meeting. She won't be a lady, but she invites him to come now that she's no longer consumed by vengeance. Gendry doesn't want his title without her, so he becomes her first mate. He was below deck in the shot. This is what I tell myself to be happy with her arc. Arya is no lady, but explorer suites her.

One of the only main characters who’s story wasn’t ruined by bad writing💯. The underdog the fighter the overcomer the avenger of House Stark. The “girl” that slayed the Night King.

OMG shut about about "bad writing". All of the characters on that show had good and bad to them. Some overcame them to move forward, and some allowed their foibles to consume them. It is NOT bad writing to make a decision about where to take a character that doesn't agree with your opinion as to where they should go. Dany, for instance, talked about burning cities to the ground since season 1...finally the right set of circumstances came together and she went there. Almost all the butthurt can be pinpointed to two events: Arya killing NK (not Jon), and Dany burning Kings Landing to the ground. DECISIONS, not bad writing. And plenty of background to justify, too.

I think some time will help make that happen. I think the actors are all burned out on these characters and need a little time to do other things before any of them will want to revisit this. I read a blind about a month ago about Maisie and her difficulty in getting new work because she wasn't willing to do the casting couch thing. I hope she continues to reject that bullshit and eventually, the thought of a new show playing Arya will appeal to her. You just KNOW Gendry will walk up the steps from the galley in the opening scene. lol! Jon's story would be interesting to follow too. I could totally see Sansa going mad queen too, she's so duplicitous and uppity. That would be fun to watch... So many possibilities!
