this is genius move by epic once again. imagine all the crossover licenses they can use in this game as well.

This is why epic games it's the king of free to play games I mean just look at their lineup Fortnite, Rocket League, newly acquired Fall Guys and now this new IP. They know how to make video games fun and engaging and that you can play for years. Fun fact epic games created unreal tournament and the Gears of war series 1,2,3. They track record is solid and they also make an engine that most video game studios in industry use. They're going to continue to pump out games that people want to play and that's what set them apart from other companies when it comes to free to play. I can't wait to play this game when it comes out.

Calling Killer Instinct "serious" is a bit of an overstatement but I get what you mean. XD I have to say though, I'm pleasantly surprised this game looks as fun as it does. The trailers didn't make it look super promising but watching the game itself is a blast.

I’m hoping it lasts. Looks like KO city that was fun for a bit but quickly fell off.

@@nostalgicturtle6757 not quite, i think they mean that the sound effects and visual design in those moments of silence remind them of similar things in a simpsoms ps2 era game… I understand what he means, the quiet moments in apex legends for example don’t sound that whatsoever. So not really like ‘every other battle royale’ no.

Their are other upcoming games also where some other games with melee focus but sadly often they don't catch on much in the West hope that changes soon I also am really into Eternal Return its a MOBA style game with a BR mode in it and hot dam its fun
