Now I kind of understand why we have too many Aegon, this my theory or personal opinion, it's about the dream of Aegon the Conqueror about the promise prince, Viserys knew the story so he wanted a son for a long time to fulfil the dream so it's natural for an him to named his first son as Aegon, Rhaenyra knew it too so she also have a Son named Aegon, it's just that she gave it to her full blooded Targaryen son

NOW I'm free to choose and I'm leaving ...see you later' (*and she didn't for Rhaenyra either, only at the end supporting her husband's decision when she was also convinced by Rhaenyra's actions) ...this is how I see it 😅so this is actually a character moment for me and I respect her choice to be independent and her respect for her husband even when she didn't see eye to eye with him she is the best wife The reality of the problem is that women have to rely on men's strength or fsr choose to do so when they shouldn't (White Worm is a good example of both but Alicent or Rhaenyra are in the same case too) instead of sticking together...a very real issue I like that angle

There are precisely two Greens (as far as I know) who didn't deserve to burn under Meleys' fire. Helaena (I don't know much about her but she seems alright from what I've seen) and Alicent (did many bad things but all due to a misunderstanding and a desire to protect and help her kingdom and her family).The rest should have been ash heaps drifting off to Essos by the end of this episode.
