Thanks for the video. Do you know how long it takes to receive an answer from Auslenderbehorde in Frankfurt this year? Assuming that all the documents are alright, there is no need for approval from German Labor Office.
Hi, Haseeb. I have a question. What did your friend Saffi do about the German language when he got the full time white collar job? Was it required? Had he done any prior german language courses?
I also got full time job offer during my masters. My profession is in shortage profession and salary is above blue card requirement. Can I apply for Blue card.

Nice Pakistani Brother, What mics do you use for recording, tell us too please, It's really nice and clear. And if more students / creators get benefit from that then that is great help.
Thanks for the compliment, I use sony ECM-W2BT which came with my Sony camera. Sometimes I also use lavalier Boya BY-M2. I would recommend boya mic as it is very much cheaper than Sony mic, the only drawback is it has wires.
Hello Haseeb Bahi, this is Arpan from India , currently in Berlin doing masters in data analytics. I have total 3.5 yr of experience of working in India. As Shafiq bhai I am also actively looking for full time opportunities. So my question is, will company ask your visa type during Interview and also before releasing offer letter ?
Please share the emails of the people you interview so we can discuss some points or take suggestions from the as well if they're comfortable doing that
Haseeb Bhai what do you suggest is the best approach for a student of computer science masters, in order to Complete the degree on time along with gaining experience relevant to field and also earning a handsome amount in a relaxed way .
Hi Umer, it is to be better if you have at least 2 years of working experience in your country you can apply for job as well as study MS in the university. They prefer experienced student in the field. I think you apply through Linkedin to get a job first along with Blue card visa. If you go for study then you need a blocked account for one year expenditure that is near about 10K Euro. If you don't have financial problem then you go ahed. Otherwise get a job. My son also got a job first and went there. After few moths he might be study MS in computer science. You might be coming from Pakisthan. I am from India. I had a friend Tarek from Pakistan, we have studied together in Berlin. If you have any query you may ask me. I was a CS faculty in our country.
@haseeb I am currently pursuing my full time masters in Germany, also working as a work student. I am in my final semester where i only need to write my thesis and my company wants to provide full time work right now. Is it possible to get EU blue card and i should be able to complete my full time masters as well. I am really worried because i don't wants to loose the opportunity, if you can reply soon. It will be really helpful.
Yes It is possible. You can start full time job based on your Bachelors degree. Get all the documents required for blue card and apply in your auslanderbehorde.
AoA Haseeb Bhai, I hope you will be fine, I have a little request to you, can you please tell me that how much time FUAS takes for giving the final decision after deadline. Thanks!
The only thing possible is that he can study till blue card processing which takes some months but During this processing can he start job or has to wait till he get contract? And he mentioned he was in third semester how he continuing studies after he got blue card after few months because student status will be ended after blue card?
Thats what AI told me In Germany, the Blue Card is available for highly skilled non-EU citizens who wish to work and live in the country. The Blue Card is specifically designed to attract professionals with high qualifications, such as university degrees and specialized skills. Regarding studying while holding a Blue Card in Germany, it is generally possible to pursue further education on a part-time basis or alongside your employment. As a Blue Card holder, you are allowed to work in your field of expertise, and part-time study may be permissible as long as it does not interfere with your employment obligations. However, it's important to consider a few key points: 1. Work requirements: The Blue Card has certain conditions regarding minimum salary thresholds and employment contracts. You need to ensure that you meet the employment requirements while managing your study commitments. 2. Student visa requirements: If you plan to enroll in a full-time study program, you may need to apply for a student visa instead of relying solely on the Blue Card. Full-time study typically requires a dedicated student visa, and you may not be able to maintain the Blue Card status during this period. 3. University admission: You'll need to fulfill the admission requirements of the university or educational institution you wish to attend. These requirements may include submitting applications, providing necessary documentation, and meeting academic criteria. To gain accurate and up-to-date information on studying while holding a Blue Card in Germany, it is recommended to reach out to the German embassy or consulate in your home country, as well as the specific university or educational institution you are interested in. They will be able to provide you with detailed guidance regarding the options, requirements, and restrictions for studying in Germany while holding a Blue Card. It's important to carefully review the regulations and consult with the appropriate authorities to ensure compliance with the specific rules and procedures applicable to your situation.
Hi Haseeb, just one thing I need to understand that, if I have a student visa (MS) and get an offer for a full time developer after sometime (within 6month to 1year) like him,. Can I convert my student visa to a job visa? Will the company allow me to do this? Since with a student visa, only 20hrs/week is allowed for your job or is it possible to go for part time study and do a full time job legally? Kindly let me know in this regard
