Got my TESLA tinted - XPEL Prime XR PLUS Window Tint 30% front 20% rear tesla window tint,tesla roof tint,tesla tinted,xpel prime xr plus,window tint,ceramic window tint,ceramic tint,tesla model 3 #tesla #xpel #ceramictint
@@4WDisLife I recently got my 2024 Tesla model 3 long range tinted, except I did 30% front and rear and did 30% on the rear glass as well. Then I did 50% on the windshield and 50% on the roof. In total, I paid a little over $1,200 in Miami. So I don't think you got ripped off. The shops can really only charge for labor because the material will always cost the same to the shop.
Nowadays, they don't do hand cut tints anymore, they use a big machine to cut pre-sized pieces that fit specific cars. They do that because the manufacture is the one that specifies the sizes for proper application and to be able to warranty the tint.
I do not understand how this complies with the laws. If youre allowed to have that dark on the front windows and windshield, then you are lucky. That isnt a legal option for me.
I just paid 350euros in Rome Italy for ceramic xpel prime xr plus for 5% on back and rear window and 35% on front windows with 10 year warranty and free home service if any issues comes up within 9months
I just got mine tinted couple days ago i thought i agreed to doing 20% front and back and 5% rear but they did 20% in the front and 5% back & rear. I was shocked! 5% is way too dark for me and hard to see and I like the uniformity better with 20% all around except rear. I saw some videos after about 20% & 5% and that they like it. I’m still trying to get used to it..before I ask the shop to rip off the 5% from the back and replace with 20%. what do you guys think of 20&5?! and is it safe to remove the tint and replace?
That's what I paid a long time ago before I knew what ceramic tints were. I used to get all my cars tinted with privacy tints, but they never really rejected any heat. I got these but in different shades recently and the amount of heat they reject is crazy. I don't even have to blast the AC anymore in my car in the summer down here in the South.
