@@joscott6476 Ned is the reason Ned was murdered. He was a grown ass man who underestimated his opponent and paid the price.

Love Me I mean she made no mistakes in her play in game of thrones. She has taken all decisions very cleverly.

She betrayed her father to cersei . Robbs mistake was killing Karstark- that's it . Everything else was betrayal by freys and boltons.

The key word is "should", we are given history that in the north a lord or others can pass a sentence yet someone else did the execution, with the Starks one Stark can pass a sentence but another can execute it. Sansa can't use weapons, Bran is crippled leaving Arya who is skilled in weapons, but she ( or Sansa and Bran ) can't handle a sword large enough to take a man's head but; she has a dagger his dagger. Sansa brought charges, everyone heard Littlefinger's words, Sansa, Bran and Arya gave testimony against him, Sansa issued a verdict and Arya carried it out. So a Stark brought charges, Starks heard his words, Starks looked into his eyes; as A Stark did the execution. They followed the code--- we don't hire executioners, we do the deed ourselves.

I see the PJFSr's point, but i think ultimately all three Starks here passed the sentence, together. All three didn't need to physically attack him. Sansa definitely still acted on the words of Ned and absorbed that moment, it was not a mercy for her for Arya to do this and the death wasn't minimized by her anger or revenge. It was an honorable death.

Arya was the only Stark female that learned to fight… to protect herself and others. In the TV series Sansa and Bran were selfish and entitled and allowed many to fight and die for them… all so that they could be King and Queen. In the Books Sansa’s big strong, I am woman arc never happened, she was never raped by or married off to Ramsey Bolton.
