Hello and welcome back to Bookish Theories! :D Today's theory is as bookish as it can get, so I hope you enjoy it and don't forget to drop a like if you do! Luv u! C:
I've never seen a kpop music video that's so well thought of. I love that every detail was explained which has given me more reasons to love the mv and the song itself. 💚 So much love for GOT7. 😢💚
I enjoyed this explanation a lot. We were never required to study Romeo & Juliet in school, so I'm not familiar with all the details. Glad to see things explained more. Really puts the MV into a lot more context. Thank you :)
But there's one thing I'd like to address. Is no one else bothered by the fact that the wagon they're riding in, isn't driven by anyone? It's just an unguided horse, that can literally go wherever with no care for the wagon hitched to it.
Aaaah I'm a huge Shakespeare nerd and this mv is what got me into Got7! But of course you noticed even more details in it than I did 😊 I've been listening to the album on repeat and explaining to anyone who will sit still long enough which part of the play each song represents lol. Though there's no music video, I personally love the stage of Poison cuz I keep thinking that the door represents death like the veil in the archway in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix 😁
Wow, I still don't know how I caught the Romeo and Juliet story in the mv. And I'm not the only one who saw the correlation to the story. I thought about it the whole time I watched the mv. I watched your breakdown last week for this music video, and I agree with everything you've mentioned. I also caught up on the older theory videos.
