That’s true but it also has for BTS and they debuted first. Not that it matters. No one owns the number 7 and both groups have 7 members. It makes sense for them to use the same hand gesture as they are limited. And I’m sure groups have used it before both of them. I’m a fan of both groups and I wish these childish ARMYs (because grown army’s have too many responsibilities to deal with this shit) would just go chill out somewhere.
I am an ARMY myself, with a weakness for GOT7, and I really didn't think anything of it, same with the 7 tattoo. Both groups have a really strong connection and consist of 7 members, that's all it is. It's been known for a while our fandom is in need of a cleanse and enlistment might help, because there are a lot of "so called army" going around misrepresenting us to other fandoms and even to our members. Can't wait to see 5 more tattoo's appearing someday soon ;)

I used to be an Army till 2017. I still remember after I came across 7 for 7 album which was released on Nov 2017 i became an Ahgase🎉 Plus IGOT7 is most healthiest fandom I know of. Thank God I left the toxic fandom so happy to be an Ahgase 💚
I just wanna ignore them but I really can't handle it sometimes, for example Mark is one of CK Brand Ambassador and Army kept asking for jongkook video in marka and other artist photo or video too.. I mean CK isn't jongkook's brand.. they're going too far actually

BTS doesn't own the number 7. BTS doesn't own *any* trademarks so far as I am aware, and the number 7 would NEVER be accepted by the trademark legal team because it is way too generic. It's a number for gods sake. Also, can army stop creating rifts between our fandoms? BTS and got7 are good friends, so why the hell do they keep stirring up drama constantly. Just seem like attention seeking brats being entitled as always (Side note: army are also now harassing carats for the way Jeonghan has his hair cut, because he is apparently "copying Jungkook".
