Everyone has different feelings to the song and mv, but I really liked the use of the vocoder I felt it totally went w/ the vibe of the song. But i only had two words running through my mind while watching the video - expectations exceeded.

I never really had expectations for them because I know that I'll like whatever they come out with. They have their own style that's different from other groups and that's the hip hop r&b style which is what I like. My boys never fail to amaze me. But that choreography ugh. I feel like the song was like a 90's futuristic kind of thing. Like back in the 90's and they thought this was the future. But overalll I loved this comeback (personally I have liked every comeback of theirs) I just loved it start to finish and I think the vocoder was really cool to add because then it gave the song the 90's future vibe. I think JYP is doing such a good job with them. And my boy Mark slays every fucking time. And Jackson really is dope. UGH MAN I LOVE THIS AND I LOVE THEM!

It's a good thing that I wasn't the only one who was subconsciously body rolling while watching the MV, LOL. It just has that old school r&b feel, you know? I wasn't too big of a fan of the robotic sounding chorus at first ( i learned it wasn't autotune, it's a vocoder, which just creates the robotic sound) but now that i've heard the song more than once it's grown on me. And I'm glad it wasn't just me who was hella confused with that ending, like what?? Also, are we just not gonna talk about Jackson's hair? Like, goddamn...

Actually, it isn't autotune they're using, JRE! :) Instead, they use a keyboard like device called a vocoder, which is actually a voice synthesizer! Unlike autotune, which mainly changes pitch. A good example of the use of a vocoder can be found in "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap. :)

i dont know why people keep saying they dont like the autotune/vocoder... cause people should realise that the song is made by professionals... they go through a lot of steps to make it the single/title song.. as jyp said in an interview: first the artist must say yes then the executives at jype then 20 outside professionals and they analysis the song to see if its the best choice for a single and what should be fixed and stuff... it isnt just put as the title just because they like it also im pretty sure they go through a lot of changes stuff to make the song sound the best.. so im sure they've tried with and without the vocoder and decided it sounds better/appropriate with the vocoder so yeah~ you people should stop complaining about it' just stop stop it ;)

Same! I have known Got7 because of Jackson when I was watching Roommate season 2. I told myself that I’m gonna love Got7 (even though I didn’t know them yet) and that JS would be my bias cause he’s the funniest, handsome and talented! But I ended up with Yugyeom as my bias and Got6 haunting me everyday 😂😂😂

I don't really set expectations for Got7 cause I know I will love it, and I was right it was pretty freaking daebak and omy goodness even though lately I have mostly been seeing Jackson and I love that dude for me it's still all about Mark, WOW he looked fine, but tbh they all did even the hairstyles, but at least this vid explains why Jackson is usually wearing beanies on Roommate lately lol overall great comeback, and wow their third one this year they are daebak hard working guys, but don't forget to rest next year you deserve it
