Regardless if people do not like Jay Park, nobody can deny he is a great boss. All the artists under his labels are actually happy and have the freedom to create. They have also said that the earnings for artists are a lot higher compared to other companies. I guess that Jay Park learnt everything he needed to do and NOT DO from JYP...

I honestly cry when Jay Park said that all he wants is his freedom to make music so he could enjoy it and be happy, because we all know that freedom wasn't really something they had for years:") I really hope they're all in right places and could slay all the things they couldn't even do before🥺💚

I actually teared up seeing this. I've been following got7 since 2014 and Jay Park since 2015, and it makes me so happy to see how Jay has become CEO of two labels. Having Yug and Jay in a healthier enviroment and making the style of music they actually want makes me so happy, I can't.....

I really don't mind if it's GOT7 or GOT8 as long as they're still together. And the good thing is that the 8th member is so kind and cool. :)

Jay Park understands very well how an Artist should be treated... Bcoz he has went through that phase where he was treated badly and had lots of hatred towards him... But I am happy how he shut their mouth with his actions rather than his words... And I am sure artist under him will always have the freedom to express themselves... It happened during Encore, so I'm excited to see it again with everything upgraded. This will be the first active idol group promoted under a hip hop label!! i love how welcoming we (ahgases) are, like literally. instead of hating artists who get linked to got7, we go on to support them. i'm glad i'm in the right fandom.

JYP tried to control and change Jay Park's music when he was at the company. Because of this, Jay felt pressured to such an extent that he even began to lose his love of music and stopped listening to music. When Jay is expelled from JYP, he somehow felt lonely and supportive, which is why when founding his company his main plan is to support talented artists so that they can make themselves known. I honestly feel like JYP tried to do the same with JayB, so you saw how pressured JayB was when JYP asked him for a title track. Thus was born Eclipse, a song that JayB had to modify 18 times because JYP said it did not have the "got7 color". Added to that JYP never credited JayB for their songs, Wanna One's Light was one of the songs JayB sent to JYP to consider adding on got7's album, but JYP took the song and sold it without giving JayB credit. . No one ever knew that song was by JayB until he said it himself and showed the guide. I am really very happy that JayB can finally have that creative freedom that he always deserved. Besides that now he will be able to show his true self, since ahgase knows that JayB had to keep things that are not considered appropriate in an idol. But now he is not an idol, but now he can really become known as the artist that he is. Hands down, the best day of ahgase after the boys' debut is the day GOT7 left JYP. # GOT7Freedom sorry if there is an mistake, i used google translate because my english is so bad to expres everything i wanted

Its prob weird for Got7 to talk about Jay Park the past year since theyve prob been red taped from talking about him (ex. As their inspiration) their time in JYP.

I’ve been a fan of jay park since 2015 and I don’t know why but even way before got7 left jype I wanted all or some members to join one of jay parks labeles. Their styles just fit in so well (from their solo songs on SoundCloud and other work they did with their crews). And I was so shocked but happy when yugyeom said he would join aomg and even more shocked with jayb when he joined H1ghr. They definitely all suffered from jyps restrictions but I think jayb took the biggest hit being the leader and all. You can tell he still struggles but I’m glad he finally has a place he can do what he wants without stressing out so much as he did before. Very thankful to Jay for being a great boss ❤️

omg the contrast when Jay Park listened immediately to JB's fav song and agreed to do it, almost brought tears for my eyes. as someone who's experienced nightmarish boss before i can feel the relieve for JB that he found someone who understands his needs to be free as an artist but at the same time i know years of being treated like that will leave its marks on ur mindset going forward. Yes this is exactly why i totally dislike JYP.. I had the feelings he can't protect and empowered his artist.. Jay Park leaving 2pm is my first heartbreak of KPop band and i prefer to stan JayPark than 2PM (no hate though to the members). After years, finally i can see his departure from JYP even though in hard way that he shouldn't have to go through since he is so young back then, it's the best for him. So proud of him that now he can take his hoobaes under his wings.. ❤

this has nothing to do with the actual vid but for reasons unknown, this morning i woke up to the tune of 'Joah' playing in my head, so i've had it on repeat on Spotify the entire day & even watched the mv a healthy amount of times. throughout the day i was beaming & i might sound weird saying this but the song gives me the 'it's gonna be okay' feel. Joah does it for me; it's like a warm hug from Jay himself. maybe i've been feeling nostalgic cause i happened to re-read a news article where Jay said he might retire in 2022.

We know that Jay Park has his own controversy recently but i still respect how he manage his artist and company! This is the first time that i saw the video of JYP’s treatment of JB and GOT7, these breaks my heart😢 It seems that JYP is really more focus on his girl groups more than his boygroups! Its good to know that the rest of GOT7 have gone to different agencies that will give them more artistic freedom than JYP can give them. Goodluck to GOT7 and hopefully Jay Park can really help them in some ways to further their artistry and career in the future! 🙏🏻

Jay Park is an amazing CEO. He really takes care of all his people and staff. It is a big family. Kudos to him! He really understands and can relate to all his people. I still find it hard to watch the scenes with JYP from Hyena on the Keyboard. On the other hand I am also happy for him that he does not have to deal with him or that company anymore. JB and Yugy are where they will thrive and grow and do amazing things and be able to be creative and happy and satisfied finally.

The difference between jyp and jay park as ceos is that jyp controls their music and theme since got7 is a kpop idol, there’s a mold that they have to fit into. An audience that they have to impress since it’s what rakes in money. For jay, he’s always been vocal about giving his artists the artistic freedom that they need since it was what he always wanted even after leaving jype and being a solo artist. He built his label on that notion. But aomg and h1ghr is still a business, that’s why he did say that his artists should make songs that their fans would like. Best thing about jay is that he allows his artists to make passion projects. Also, jayb is into r&b, a style that jay is inept with. He started as an r&b artist
