Why are you using adv mats?? 🤔 just wondering

Top tip for you, never use advanced materials to upgrade in levels, it's a waste of time and money, if scroll to the bottom in recipes you'll get 2 or 3 basic gears that do not use armor specific materials per level, you then use them to upgrade in levels and once you get to the level you want use that piece of gear as a template for the armor piece you want such as dothraki

That's a waste of basic material.level15 try E+L+L= 90% legendart then l20 gamble it with F+F+E+E
