I can understand most of what you said except Jugram > Aizen I re-read chapter 660 and every chapter of the battle between Uryu & Jugram but there's not any proof that Jugram was acknowledged to be the strongest enemy ever, doesn't that mean he's stronger than Yhwach? His achievements are outplaying shinigamis, sternritters, bullying Uryu the whole night. Ofc he's not Yhwach's right hand for nothing, his Almighty and Balance are broken too, his HAX is for sure better than Aizen's But Aizen showed way more. He was admitted to have the most reiatsu by Yhwach that he's one of 5 special threats with "Reiatsu" title, he was able to use Hado #90 without reciting the incantation when being completely sealed. Using Hado #90 and #99 isn't a joke, it has been confirmed that these 2 Hados can only be used by god-level shinigamis. Aizen was able to engage with Yhwach (at least for a while), of course he was easily defeated, but he fought Yhwach, who's much more powerful than most of those who Jugram faced, even Ichigo lost easily. I don't think Jugram with those feats can stand even 10 seconds in front of Yhwach. Furthermore, Aizen didn't lose Hogyoku, which grant him immortality, huge amount of reiatsu and unlimited evolution, he has become much stronger in 2 years when just sitting on a chair. Shunsui had decided to release him from the dungeon because he knew for sure that Aizen was one of those who could fight Yhwach And I don't think putting Aizen (240.000.000 - just updated) < Ichigo (310.000.000) is overrating him nowadays ngl, you see, many people making shorts putting Aizen high-diff

Gremmy (brain of the SK) was originally part of the elite but got let out during the invasion (in the manga Asking even says he shouldn't have been let out). Askin was then chosen as his replacement. It figures, nobody short of an elite could contend with a healthy Zaraki at that point
