As an elder goth, I started thrifting from the get go when there were little to no designer goth clothing companies, and I continue to do so, 99% of my wardrobe is thrifted. I think other than the music, diy clothing is the heart of goth…create your own style, and supporting charity shops is a win-win. Lovely wardrobe 💜🖤

honestly love this vid and it makes me want to thrift more often. also that fluffy black skirt isn't actually a skirt. In America it's known as a 'petticoat' and I'm not sure what that's called in other places, but basically its and under-skirt to make the skirt on top poof out more. it was commonly used under ballgowns, or general old fashion, especially in Europe and America

You could try and replace the purple gem in the necklace with a similar coloured little bead or rhinestone

Op shopping here in Australia is beyond normal the prices are worse then the actual stores i barely go into them now i prefer places like shein and Temu
