When I saw this I was literally amazed at how clean and nice of a cutscene they made.I was shocked,we haven’t gotten a good fight cutscene in dc since the arkham origins trailer

Gotham Knights had more respect for Batman than Rocksteady. Crazy.

They actually made Batman leave with honor, it was a great fight and Ra's al Ghul was a great choice to end it

If Kevin had voiced here. It would've been sadder but a perfect send off to the one true dark knight

Not since Arkham City have I been thrown a curve ball for an opening. As one toon boy use to say "Woah, didn't see that coming".

I expected nothing less from the Dark Knight to go out fighting until he can’t fight anymore.

I like that they have ra's his accent a lot of people forget that he's not actually a white guy there's some Arabic and Chinese in him

After smoking a joint before putting the game on then seeing this intro I was hooked already

Say what you want about this game but this whole intro is just fucking awesome in every way.

This game wasn't perfect, but i must say one thing they did get right, especially in contrast with the disaster that is the suicide squad game, This is how you kill Batman.

My only gripe with this game is Batman disappears right when. Bruce Wayne dies and no one even questions it lol

Quite a sad scene watching Batman and his entire legacy get destroyed. First losing his signature look (the belt and cape), the batcomputer, his trophies and collections, and then he destroys the entire batcave

As smart as I am, I bet you are watching this too because of the one hour free trail. I won't waist time on my game watching this in game. So I skiped the cut-scene straight to gameplay and watched it here instead. Saved my 15min extra gameplay

Having just finished the game, and having somewhat enjoyed it, I can genuinly say, yes, this is by far the best scene in the game. Nothing gets close in terms of spectacle, acting or writing. Too bad.

I think this was the only part of the game I enjoyed. It was great though.

Why is Stephanie not Batgirl

I have several issues with this. Like, sure, the fight was pretty awesome and fairly well choreographed and animated... BUT I'm utterly shocked that Batman lost this, that he would have NOTHING better to fight-off Ra's Al Ghul while INSIDE the BatCave, his own turf, his territory, than going for melee weapons. Like, if it had been the top 5 of his worst enemies out-numbering him, I could've seen Batman sacrificing his life AND the BatCave, but... I kinda wanna say "it's _JUST_ Ra's". You'd think the BatCave would have LOTS of security measures to counter an intruder, like more security doors to lock Ra's out. We're talking about a guy who has fought lots of foes with crazy weapons (like Mr Freeze), and who's known to keep lots of trophies (like Mr Freeze's gun, as shown in Batman Beyond). Like, look at how in this very game, Robin has a personal short-range teleporter (lol what?!), Batgirl has a Batcycle _with a cloaking field!_ (although let's be honest, it's the best the devs could find to avoid having the bike spawn in and out without looking stupid, which is something Arkham Knight did better with the Batmobile 7 years ago) How come Bruce had none of that here? It would've made sense if it was revealed that he used a short-range teleportation device like the one Robin has to put himself to safety. And maybe you could say it failed and he got stuck in a tight sub-cavern of the Batcave as it collapsed, surviving for a while... Point is, when you're used to the Batman from the comics, the TV animated series, from the Arkham series, it's hard to see him go down that way to ONE enemy. And even if his death felt acceptable (to me at least), explain how the entire BatCave collapsed on top of him, and when the 4 'Gotham Knights' arrived, they just had to move ONE block of concrete and his corpse was there, no more wounded than he was before the BatCave exploded. Dude, the BatCave is like 100ft deep underground. How?! Did they think you just have to hit the ground in front of Wayne Manor with a shovel once and BAM, you're in the BatCave?! Bruce's body should be freaking smashed into jam! There shouldn't be anything to find. Corpses of people who died as a bulding collapses on top of them aren't gonna float to the top of the rubble like they're bubbles in a soda bottle. And THEN, you're gonna tell me that NOBODY is ever going to ask why or how he died? Why or how there's a huge crater under Wayne Manor? How did that even happen? The 'Gotham Knights' took Bruce's body and as their civilian alter-egos, they were able to bury him, and NOBODY went "how come Bruce Wayne's body is covered with wounds and cuts?" The GCPD got Ra's' corpse to their morgue, and NOBODY went "wait, how come the corpse of this guy was found under the rubble of Wayne Manor?" Also you wanna tell me that the GCPD wasn't able to identify Ra's? Dude, it's can't be the first time Batman has fought Ra's, so you'd think he would've shared _some_ data with the GCPD. My conclusion is that it's utterly idiotic that this game didn't use the ending of Arkham Knight as their setting, an ending which was FAAAAAAAAAAAAAR superior to this (albeit well choreographed and animated) mess. Then again, I'm guessing there was conflict between Warner Bros, Rocksteady, and WB-MontrealGames. WBMG have confirmed with this game (as they already showed with Arkham Origins) that they are inferior to Rocksteady in their ability to make good games. Even when they got the base of Arkham City and were supposed to make a game from that, they made an inferior product. I'm so glad I skipped Gotham Knight. Everything I've seen thus far about this game is disappointing.

In front of Batman all those other heroes looks like kindergartners, not much interesting play in Batman game without Batman, better they do just separate game with other heroes without Batman death or like minimum be cool if at the end of game we find out that somehow Batman alive and he join to game at least closer to end of game, but killing him it's the same like kill John Connor in last Terminator :/

Given Gotham Knights some credit, at least it knew how to kill off Batman in a proper way unlike Kill the Suicide Squad.

I haven't played the game but surprised they seemed to actually kill him off here.

Rocksteady's upcoming Suicide Squade game looks to be heavily influenced by Overwatch and Fortnight zoomer trash. I'd rather play AK than the SS mess, despite the pedigree of the dev. All 4 of these characters look interesting. None of the 4 playable SS characters appeal to me. Game's aesthetics look in-line with the terrible movies 👎
