This Sprinter Engine He's Trying it On With . IS PROBABLY HIS MATES engine. They've swapped engines , & the reason He Doesn't want to bring it back. He thinks ypu've took note of the ENGINE NUMBER. & probably engraved or stamped it with your own Code .

I think you need to take photos of the engine work as you do it and keep the paper work to back yourself up; another thing you could do is stamp the engine block and head with a unique custom logo ( only you know what it is and where it is on the engine)

Brilliant Isaac, very well made video and nicely presented. That's sum clown with the sprinter engine that's done 3000 miles then went belly up and still has pristine brand new oil running out of it, imagine removing a bolt that's holding oil back and then complain that oil is running out, unbelievable.

If you havent been given an opportunity to rectify a problem, the claimant is dead in the water! I like your “professional” approach! These situations arent stressful when you know where you stand. Happens in every business Ive been involved with!

Very clean oil that was (leaking ) from that old engine.

MrPedantic brought a motorcycle with paint spots on every thing you " check adjust/ replace " during a service , it was a devil to get the timing correct as the advance bob weights were very worn and shoogley. After 30 mins I had it sweet and purring away , and for fun replaced the oil filler plug/dipstick exactly on his dot mark so it looked like I'd not touched it. Any way with the engine running he unscrews the plug to peer into the clutch basket . His face was drenched in boiling hot oil and he ran about screaming . We all found it hilarious, eventually he returned to collect the bike , but I said , maybe, you ride off you will need to buy more oil to top up the engine as most of it went over your face 😂

Who would put fresh oil in on a supposedly duff engine while intending to make a warranty claim on it .. I guess he took the flywheel bolt out to plug in his diagnostic tool in there 😂
