2. Beef shank or brisket (cut into cubes)
3. Cow innards (intestine, heart, liver, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces)
4. Garlic (minced)
5. Onion (chopped)
6. Fish sauce
7. Beef broth or beef cube
8. Rice water
9. Salt
10. Pepper
11. Annatto seeds or powder
12. Green onions (chopped, for garnish)
