Hello mga ka-Kusina today I would like to share with you my version of the Gotong Batangas. This is my first time to cook this and I find it similar to Ilocano's Sinanglaw. The only difference is that, in Sinanglaw we don't saute it and we don't put anatto powder, but the taste is very similar and they are both delicious.
