I don’t play keys but I got the 61 because I’m learning how to play. So you can get keys if you plan to future proof yourself.

I use my MPC ONE with a Black Lion Audio interface. Sounds incredible

The MPC X, Live, Key, ONE: They all have the exact same functionality. They do the samw shit. There is nothing the X does that the ONE doesnt do.

Truth! Some people that make music today (I won’t even call them a producer or a beatmaker) buy gear to take pretty studio pictures, or acquire vintage equipment to make themselves look official.

I grew up in the 90s and I wasn’t ever gonna get my hands on a piece of hardware to create instrumentals on, was just too broke unfortunately, now as a adult I’ve been rocking on the MacBook with my logic and plug-ins but I’m trying to step back and test myself so I bought myself a Roland Fa 06 synth workstation and I’m going to sit in front of that thing and learn every crevice of that machine until I can make beats entirely just on this one machine, just to see if I got it in me, I don’t produce for people anymore I just create for myself but I want the challenge, always have, now I got my own money to do it I will
