Looks like the drone either got fixed or replaced. I just took my MCM5 out after unpacking it from long-term storage today and although it lacks the cruising speed of a bigger wheel, it was a nice change to take out something smaller and lighter. And yes, it really does look like the Tesla. For the money, the Tesla seems like a great value.
Thank you for the feedback. Yes, the drone was replaced. I've always wanted a Tesla; however, I opted for the 16s then the 16x. Back then., Gotway reputation was worse than it is now. But, you are right, the Tesla is a great value.
@@VeeEUC 16S was my starter wheel. Boy, did that thing take a beating. But it felt solid. Did cut out on me once and that was not a happy ending, but at least it felt solid :)
@@arevee9429 Lol., I still have mine. One thing about the KS wheels I found disturbing was the violent way the tiltback jerked you back. Anytime I pushed the envelope, I was thrust back violently to the point I knew better than to push beyond the tiltback.
This really looks like the perfect wheel, I wish there was a bit more space in front of the wheel itself for going up larger steps. I have the MCM5 V2 and I love its style and feel with the handle. You are like superman, roll u top speed, and pull out a briefcase. Love it. This looks like the perfect version of that with just a bit more range and power.
Thanks VEE. Its good to see you arent glossing over the 'not so great' things, while praising the good. Well balanced reviews are hard to come by. Much respect sis!
This brings me back to the days on my Tesla and I think it definitely has its place. I still think they should raise the height of the pedals. I do love the upgrades to it.
I've always wanted a Tesla ever since back in the day, but I opted for the KS 16s and then the 16x. This was my first experience riding one. Overall it's a good starter wheel for someone looking to get their feet wet in this sport. It has the range, performance and portability on top of the fact doesn't brake the bank.
I've had the T1 for several years but had to move up to an MSX exactly due to the slim tire (and also pedals being too low). I don't believe either of those aspects have changed mch over the past 2 iterations (t2, T3)? ...which is also why I am sad to hear this being recommended over the KS-16X (which is an absolute beauty of a 16"-er; solid tire, higher pedals, BEST handle in its class, good lights, mudguards, speakers AND a solid shell): Conclusion: T3 is yet another iteration from begode (who are making some great wheels; MSC-RS- format is rockin' except for handle) BUT in the 16" class, the T3 is STILL irrelevant compared to the KS-16x -- which is well worth the higher price tag. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but thus us what I hear from your presentation
I have this wheel for more than a month. I did 500km so far. The tire is too narrow, I have to pump it to very high pressure. I weight only 75kg and 38PSI wasn't enough and I bent the rim a bit. So now I am using 43 PSI and hoping for the best. Comfort is not good because of that tiny tire and high pressure. Otherwise the wheel is freaking beast, but I have conserns about waterproofing of that hollow motor bearings... Also the beeps are too quiet, I limited the speed in EUC world to 40km/h to be safe.
Yes, yes and yes to everything you said. The wheel is definitely for a different demographic for sure. It's not an ideal wheel to some because of it's features.
Dear See, I dream of the day that some important RU-vidr makes a video of the faster and more efficient wheel, climbing hills. And I suggest they include the Mten3. I am almost sure that there is no wheel that beats the Mten3. I live in Medellin, Colombia (climbed city)
Hhhmmmm., there's been several vids on some of these wheels tackling hills. It depends on which wheel you're referring to and also, the type of hills you're interested on them tackling. Some areas are not prone to have steep inclines.
@@VeeEUC Thank you for your answer. I would like to see more videos like this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-soafjxf8yf8.html in minute 6:34 Impresionante!!
Yes, it's a pretty decent wheel. It was on my radar when I first got into riding, but back then Gotway's reputation for quality control was worse than it is now. So I opted for the KS 16s.
Hello Dear. I have the Tesla 2 and I just bought the Tesla 3. They are almost identical, except that the T3 has a 1,500 battery. The pedals of the Tesla 3 have 1 centimeter more height that is hardly noticeable. Begode is not going to produce any of the 2 Tesla again, for that reason I will keep the 2
how do you connect audio to t3 speakers? in bluetooth it says connection rejected. also it starts beeping at 30km/h regardless of what i set in EUC world
Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news.., there are skateboards, power assist bicycles and EUCs that go 30mph. Far be it for me to tell a grown person at what speed they should fly around at.
