I love your honest opinions! I have Drowning in Strawberry Caramel as well and I have to admit, it comes off as very weird to me, too. I wanted to like it so much but I was disappointed. It has improved slightly over a few months but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Akro bake opens up with a strong lemon note and then turns into a sweet lemon cookie or lemon pound cake.very gourmand in the drydown but very bright in the opening. Sounds like the dua one is similar. 😊❤

I absolutely love, love, love, love Dua's version of Akro Bake - Sweet Lemon Pastry! Makes my mouth water too!! 😂

Idk what Akro bake smells like either but DUA definitely perfected it. Sweet lemon pastry is one of my favorites from them.

My fav hands down is White Milk thus far. I am so addicted! I heard the Accidental Vanille/berries is fantastic so she is next on my list!

I have accident a la vanille creme de la berry by jousset and it literally smells like captain crunch berries ceral milk.not sure if you've ever eaten that cereal? But that's what I get.😊

I don't care for ani either. Way to green and spicy.

I have noticed that the last 6 or so Duas that I’ve ordered have that strong masculine note. It’s screechy to my nose. I don’t know if it’s the perfumers alcohol they use or what. But I don’t like it at all. I was soooooo excited for their version of chronic rouge extreme and I just get so much of that screechy note. Disappointed

I don’t like Ani at all either. It ruins all the hybrids from Dua and Ani always take over and it’s just to spicy and aromatic for my liking. Love your DUA reviews!
