I want to make this recipe for Zucchini Cake for the rest of my life. I love, love, love it. It's by far, the best yet. Gourmet indeed.
2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1/2 tsp. each of : Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Veg. Oil
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup each of: Brown Sugar & White Sugar
2 Cups Grated Zucchini
3/4 Cups nuts to top (optional)
Bake in oiled oblong pan for 35 minutes, do toothpick test. At 350 degrees Faharenheit
