The issue is that the radical Democrats and the Republicans cant make decisions correctly. Who's working on the best interest of the USA? Immigrants of yesterday are not 🚫 the same immigrants migrating into the USA. Specific guidelines need to not only be applicable but mandated. For ex. verification of identity and if the individual has committed a harsh crime in another country.
The border is an issue. It talks to us about the economical and social situation on the South of this Continent. The border is a reality that we should not take lightly. There are grave problems that the USA is facing and politicians R not addresing. The high gasoline, food and rent crisis. The high addiction and i am not blaming Mecico but our officials that are not solving these issues and the sad reality of our elderly population that face the reality of not being able to afford rent, dentists, a home and appreciation that once had.
Q: Does it violate due process if more people enter this nation in a day than can have hearings held in a day? 5000 people a day entering will require 5000 hearings in a day. This is not tenable. The superior court will no choice but to limit the number of people entering the country in a day that they can hold hearings for in a single day. I believe that the government cannot take any more immigrants into than it can process. Not just intake in a day but hearings as well. If it takes more people into the country than it can complete the processing of on a daily basis it is creating a situation where the immigrants will be denied due process as their date to be processed will be pushed back indefinitely. It is untenable. That is why current law violates due process. Ha.
Governor Abbott can implement existing deportation law, used by President Eisenhower in the 1950s. Deportations laws do not change with new presidents. SB 4 is not needed.
At this point the physical state of the border makes deportation laws the definition of insanity. Until the border is physically secured a deported person will just cross again. SB4 enables us to hold the criminal until the border is physically secured at which time deportation can take place with less chances of the criminal reoffending by crossing back into our country illegally.
@@sarbantz How many illegals in your home? I have none. Illegals are subject to deportations no matter when they arrived. Did you know President Reagan gave amnesty to three million illegals in 1986.
I do feel for the migrants and the dire situation most of them are in. The question is can the United States provide housing, food, clothing and medical care for more than 10 million people? And if we could provide them with homes, jobs, education, food, and transportation wouldn’t that just incentivize more illegal aliens to come?
