Several school district statewide are struggling with massive budget deficits and Texas democrats are calling on Governor Greg Abbott to call on a special legislative session for public education funding.
Bot. If you have a functioning brain, you can read articles/ journalists stating that Mike Miles SOELY put ALL of Texas’s schools tax money into his own charter schools. Saddened that people can’t read in America.
And for those thinking we need to privatize the school system. Hell no. Privatization will do nothing but make the school owners wealthy. Is it about education or making people rich? Do I think people that send their kids to private school should get state school rax break, yes. I’m also tired of the federal tax breaks for people who have to dam many kids, you had them you pay for them. And no I don’t believe in Robin Hood. If I live in an expensive tax district then the kids in that district get the money I pay in school tax. When will I get not to pay school tax when I don’t have kids going to school? Where is my tax break? Bottom line is I’m not paying for anyone else’s district, I should not have to pay for your 6 kids cause you were irresponsible and can’t afford them. And I should not have to pay for everyone else. It’s not my job or my responsibility to pay for someone else’s kids to go to school. Robin Hood was the biggest socialism program they ever created.
