Gov Sanwo-Olu Commissions Two LBIC Housing Schemes In Amuwo Odofin LGA 

Please be mindful of those who spread negativity. They won't celebrate the milestones achieved in the South West but will eagerly search for faults to criticize. Yet, under the cover of night, they quietly come to our region seeking the benefits we have created.

NOW LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT IS CONSTRUCTING HOUSING SCHEMES IN THE RIGHT WAY BECAUSE LAGOS DO NOT HAVE LANDS TO BE WASTING I HOPE THE OTHER STATES WILL DO THE SAME BECAUSE YOU NEED LANDS FOR AGRICULTURE AND FARMING THIS IS AWESOME GOOD THINKING GOVERNMENT

I’m not a fan of this administration but affordable housing is very necessary for all Nigerians, especially in Lagos, this is a good move & we need more of these. However when you building housing complexes like this, it is important to add green areas & communal areas that will allow people to not be trapped in these blocks all day. Studies have been conducted & it’s proven that people living in these blocks tend to be more depressed because they have no nearby places to enjoy outdoor life. I don’t know what the master plan contains but if it does not have a good urban plan strategy, it may still need work for future affordable housing developments, nonetheless, this is a good move by the Lagos government.

Commissioning housing scheme, abi?? When will that governor commission an upgraded drainage system in Lagos??

The question is, would the common man be able to get one these? The issue has been that politicians and the wealthy buys these flats and then lease them out.

All roads in Lagos are in a real mess.. Never happened since Raji Fashola times.. Very shameful.. I repeat majority of roads in Lagos are in a big mess

On a lighter note, I will say this is a good start but who will afford to live in these apartments?? Will the working class be able to afford to live here though or is this just for the elite??

The buildings looks substandard snd the plans outdated. Go and see what Benin Republic is built, you will notice the difference in quakity. In Benin, thry don't joke with good quality

The other one that said he was governor for eight years is still going aroind and giving statisitics without nothing to show for 8 years as govenor neither any plan he lay down or drew for successors to follow.
