The stark reality is that the vast majority of transgender children realize their gender identity does not correspond with their biological sex long before puberty. Many of them begin to vocalize that truth as soon as they learn to form sentences. "Gender affirming care" for kids is child abuse. Don't be fooled by the language, that's one of the main ways they control your mind.

LOL,..Most states already have laws about minors getting surgery and health care. They can't do it without a guardian or parents' consent. Are you suggesting that kids with no cancer diagnosis have a "right" to be subjected to chemotherapy treatment if they want it, or do you believe a diagnoses of gender dysphoria should required before any treatment?
