how did you get the underglow mounted in the rear and also how did you run your wires? I did mine back in January and was wondering if there was a easier way than the way I did it
Haha this is a very good question. It took us a good amount of time as all the wiring was connected. I used screws through the little tabs at the end of each strip (front, rear, and both sides.) My Govee kit also came with plastic brackets and extra mounting screws to ensure it held up. Mine was also held on by 3M tape so it had no problem staying. I don't remember exactly where I mounted them but I guarantee there is a spot on all 4 sides. Mine, unfortunately, ripped off in the winter, and as of now, I do not have any underglow. The wiring was run up through some of the under-hangings. To reduce the chance of what happened to me I suggested popping the wheel well off and tucking them through there. I hope this helped!
@@DFlos Sounds similar to what I did. I had to drill holes in the firewall and through the passenger side wheel well because there was no other way to get all the cables where they need to go. Im sorry yours ripped off. Maybe I can upload a video showing how I did mine...its a little ghetto lol
