My father had a private job as a head clerk. His starting salary was 1k during 80s and at the end of the retirement(2019) he was earning 35k+bonus+quarter+no need to pay bills+ medical supports. He really had a good job.

Nicely compared both the sectors, the scenario in government jobs has changed over the years, it’s not the same it used to be during the 90s and early 2000s. After 15-20 years people make a transition to private sector for growth.

Government job can't drastically change the entire generation future, it just gives us a stability which is a sweet poison, one cannot relate who not in it , i am that's why i know, aur upar se NPS it is total waste of time and efforts, esase better hai koi skill sikha jaye aur khi laga jaye taki apna khud ka kuch kar sake aur growth kar sake .
