I do not also understand yet bakit need ng 3 bidders kung pwede single calculated incase wala talaga...since fix naman na nila ung mga projects or merun na talaga formality nalang.

In the event of overpricing, is the Mun. Accountant liable considering that he only has knowledge upon submission of the voucher to the Acctg. Office, and with complete documents based on Pre-Audit?

hello po Attorney dapat bang i disqualify namin ang ang contractor dahil wala po siyang any completed project na related sa gina bid namin wala pud siya ongoing. pdi ba disqualified maski 50 % wala siyang related projects please po attormey
