Governor Wes Moore and Lieutenant Governor Aruna MIller join Secretary of Transportation Paul Wiedefeld, Mayor Brandon Scott, County Executive Olszewski, and leaders in Baltimore to announce light rail as the mode for the Baltimore Red Line.
