This tendering business must be stopped, the way they treat employees is totally unacceptable imagine waking up for the whole month thinking by the end of the month you will be compensated, they don’t pay them a living wage, this is criminal and cruel.
Surely South Africa is gone come what may we are going nowhere as a country. What crooks are forgetting is that nothing that is hidden will never come out to the open. Law seems to be failing the poor.
Thanks New Room Afrika for inviting this guy....it's so sad seeing them sleeping on the streets next to Pep Fox and Commissionr streets...Please guys if you happen to pass by donate the little you have...
@@SinothileVilakazi The over R400 million of spraying schools in Gauteng during COVID-19 must be accounted for. The premier was the MEC for education so he needs to say something about this money.
Please someone, help these hopeless people.!! Its unforgivable whats happening in this our country!! How can they live with their conscience when they do that to their fellow human beings?!!
No morals, no conscience , no fear of sin, just people who want money by using others and dump them. The love of money is the root of all evil. Money itself is not the problem but loving it too much is evil because people do anything to get it even if they destroy other people's lives. This is more than sad it's painful. Those who are doing this will never be happy no matter what they do.
Why does the workers union not help these guys ....cause you guys get the money for free and you should be a non profitable organization....working for free so 🤷 the bank ballance must be huge now for all these years
It should be illegal for service providers/ companies to do this kind of thing, it happened in the mining sector as well a few years ago. Tenders must not be given to companies that do not comply to regulations as well as set rules regarding taxes, provident and retirement funds and clear rules of contract terminations and extensions!!!! Can some of them not work As prison wardens or policemen ???
This is the problem with this government. Nami, as I comment, I have decided to quit some of my UIF money DUE TO THE ILL TREATMENT we often receive. They would put us outside, in the Sun, standing long queues without being paid out, therefore I decided to quit as the treatment was persistent. This is how the ANC government treat the people who voted for it. Government employees don't want to work, especially in the black communities where there is absence of whites. I am sick and tired about this ANC government.
I dont agree what department of health is saying about being a 3rd party, yes they pay a specific company for services, but its the same with medication for example, if its incomplete or not registered if it's inferior ect. The department will insist on its money back of return item and not pay supplier, they approve the tenders
Service providers in this space under pay their staff. Also, they will always come in with their own staff. But government can dictate the terms and conditions to include existing staff. Its the most unfair environment towards workers.
And the best thing is for all government departments to simply hire their own security officers. They can safe more than what they ar giving to their comrades
For goodness sake can these politicians stop abusing mme as a citizen with poor and incompetent governance as well as abusing my honest and hard earned taxes that I have to pay. Grrrr you pathetic politicians are damn frustrating frustrating. You will face divine justice...Karma is real. Don't be like an ostrich with your head buried in the sand . Gatvol 😢😢😢
These people have been robbed by the company who employed them, not the department of health. Union making excuses - where are the filing numbers? What are the police doing.
This is what is happening in almost security companies even the big companies like Fidelity Security but it will never be routed out because those security bosses have deep friendship with the ANC so they exploit people without any fear cause they know they are backed up by this politicians yet some of them they are the ones running those companies. What do you call the situation whereby the client pay R20 000 for one officer per month and the company give that officer R6000 a clear human exploitation and yet those unions they see nothing wrong with such exploitation. What they know is to negotiate peanuts for the people.
Ag which government man? You are going to complain to the same government which give those security companies the tenders because they belong to the same ppl who work for government
