Yes these tourists are mostly new drivers from other states and they know that Goa police and Goa administration can be easily manipulated by money. Rent a car vehicle must be compulsorily driven by a Goan driver employed by the owner of the vehicle. Otherwise Rent a car business must be stopped in Goa immediately. Secondly these errant reckless tourists drivers must be compulsorily kept in jail for a minimum period of six months. Then only they will think twice before hiring a vehicle in Goa.
