Water bottles can be recycle instead of banning they should provide sufficient dustbin and encourage people to use dustbin. Waste management in Nagaland is very, very poor. Plastic carry bags are very necessary especially while buying meat and fish so it is not practical.

What’s the point of doing this when people doesn’t even dispose off a small wrapper (providing the fact that theirs no proper dustbin facilities around the city) and would just throw it off on the path they walk by💆🏻💆🏻 People just lacks sense, they don’t even have the knowledge about the impacts of plastic on environment. I just get to witness countless numbers of people just dumping off their litters from the car on the main road around the market roads. People be putting efforts to stop this meanwhile the rest keeps on adding up to the problem. Public is at wrong to begin with.

instead food safety department should do their job by ensuring and monitoring every restaurants/food outlets ,manufacturer , distribution and sale and import of food etc they should spread awareness and regulate proper food safety procedures

This is one of the most hopeless, mindless step by any mankind to this date🤦 What about juice bottles? Cold drink bottles? Energy drink bottles, soda bottles? One litre mineral water, bottles 2 litre mineral water bottles? Are they all not plastic? What about all the food packages, all the chips package and carry bags? Are they all not plastic? Why just a specific category? I'm not highly educated but still, even an uneducated person could see through the solution like a daylight 🤷 Nagaland is a very small state with mere population of around 20 lakhs, which is like a colony population compared to North Indian states 🤷 so instead of wasting money on useless music festivals building hopeless wrestling stadiums and organising un-visionary events, the GON should invest 2-4 cr or even 20-30 cr depending on the scale of plant on recycle factory plant which would easily generate 40-70 lakhs per week for the state treasury as well as employment for atleast 200+ unemployed youths 🤷 If the factory is directly and solely run by the state government and not given to pvt Ltd or tender people, the faction(parasite) would find it difficult to come harrass or tax the factory This is no rocket science but they won't do it because Rio and the government only thinks for themselves and not the welfare of the citizen or their future

Many times while roaming in town I have been able to survived because of rs 10,20 water bottles.. I get thirsty within 9,10 minutes .... So if anyone try to ban below 1 litre plastics bottles.. Oneday i will ban Cars and trucks and let all wealthy family walk and faced my problems...😌
