This is a First Amendment Audit of 3 Different Municipalities 1 Village of Gowanda that Lies within two towns the town of Collins, and the Town of Persia. And more interesting the Town of Collins is in Erie County and the Town of Persia is in Cattaraugus County! Witch puts the village of Gowanda in 2 Different Counties. The village of Gowanda and the town of Persia audit went off with zero problems and they didn't even care We were there. But the town of Collins Supervisor was a bit more Apprehensive of the Erie County Fam taking photos in public. He called the State police on US! Ken Martin was not the most friendly Supervisor and not very helpful. He wouldn't answer simple questions like "Did you call the police? Are they coming? Should we wait for them?"
I even FOIL requested the photo he took of us and later about a week later over the phone I tried to get him to email the photo to put in this story but he was still being unhelpful...
